I made this curious drink from an IG post, and Chef Husband and I give is 7/10, but if I’d had almond milk on hand instead of whole milk, I’m sure it would be upped to at least an 8/10. I *so* loved the idea of smearing the bottom of the glass with jam and definitely recommend the Bon Maman brand in whatever flavor you love.
For one drink, puree a handful of cubed watermelon, dash of salt, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar. Smear a hearty dollop of Bon Maman jam on the bottom and lower sides of a glass. Add in ice cubes, watermelon puree, and a solid splash of your favorite milk. Top with fresh mint and enjoy!
